The location of this hotel is unbeatable and the entire staff was wonderful, which is why I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. If you are interested in visiting the main sights that Istanbul has to offer, such as the Topkapi Palace, Galata Tower, Dolmabahce Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Spice/Egyptian Bazaar, etc, then this is the best place to stay. Many of these locations are walkable and/or reachable via the tramway. There are many restaurants and shops nearby to explore as well! Each member of staff we encountered were extremely helpful, sweet, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable. Shout out to Ersin, Hasan, Seymus, and the lovely lady at the reception. There were others as well, but sadly didn't catch their names. They helped us schedule a taxi for the airport, helped us book a Bosphorous Night cruise, showed us how to buy a tram card, and even went with us to find lahmacun and simit when we were having late night cravings! The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and has a breakfast and coffee on the rooftop. There is an elevator for those who have mobility issues and air conditioning, which you may need to request the front desk to adjust to your needs.

The LOCATION is perfect, the hotel is literally next to the Gulhane tram station. We booked a deluxe family room for four nights, everything was in order, fenomenal view of the main street. Although the street is very busy, the isolation is excellent and there was no noise. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable. King size bed, top quality mattress. The staff is very pleasant, ready to help in any way and at any time. I especially emphasize the cordiality and professionalism of the general manager, who was kind especially to our little girl who hugged him as if they had known each other for years. The employee Driele in the restaurant helped us every day, she speaks excellent English, cheerful and positive. She was at the service of all guests with a smile. The reception staff were also very kind to us. We got free parking in front of hotel. The breakfast that was included in the price was decent. There was a variety of food, just a little advice to include egg omelette type food, hot dogs and slightly less seasoned fried potatoes and the like. Most people from our area eat an omelette for breakfast, especially children.

I think I can say it was relatively quiet with windows shut down and it wasn't too noisy when they were open. Parking on the street in front of the hotel is possible and this is also great and super convenient as driving through the old city can be nightmarish. There was a working elevator. Card access to the room. I didn't use the wi-fi so no idea about this. The room was ok although it could benefit from better maintenance. If a broken handle or a small barely noticeable spot doesn't get to your nerves, it's fine. The hotel staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, and I thank them for this.

We really liked everything. If you want to stay in the center of Istanbul close to all the attractions, then this is the best option in terms of price and quality. We arrived before check-in time and were checked into our room without any problems. There were some problems with a broken shower head, which was fixed as soon as we called. Otherwise everything is fine. Very clean, the room was cleaned every day. There was water constantly. Separately, I would like to draw your attention to the delicious breakfast, we have been to many places in Turkey and the food here is really varied and tasty! Another special thanks to the very friendly and attentive staff!
